The depicted man (below) remains on the loose after having attempted to rob a Lower Moyamensing financial institution.
At 11:40 a.m. Oct. 20, the gun wielder entered the Wells Fargo Bank branch at 2532 S. 13th St. and demanded that the employees put their hands up. Soon after, he left the location empty-handed, with nobody ending up hurt. Authorities are considering the man armed and dangerous.
