On Nov. 9, authorities reported to the 900 block of South Sixth Street to find cars and a home bearing racist and pro-Donald Trump graffiti, with surveillance footage capturing this image as the suspect fled in an unknown direction. The Philadelphia Police Department has not ruled out the possibility that the at-large individual also pulled off three more incidents the same morning. The first featured the pro-Nazi declaration “Sieg Heil 2016” and “Trump,” with a swastika replacing the “T,” on an empty store’s windows on the 1300 block of South Broad Street. “Trump” and a swastika appeared on a utility box on Broad and Reed streets, too, with Fifth and Fitzwater streets also a target.
