A man grabbed a woman as she walked along a South of South Street.
At midnight Saturday, the complainant was on the 700 block of South 16th Street when a man dressed in dark clothing sped near her on a bicycle, seized her buttocks, and continued his ride. A detailed description of the offender was not available as of press time.
