P’unk Burger, located at 1823 E. Passyunk Ave., is bringing back its annual lineup of Girl Scout cookie-inspired milkshakes to benefit programs that help empower young girls.

The shakes, made with Girl Scout cookies and will be sold through early April, include dark chocolate salted brownie, toasted coconut and caramel sea salt, chocolate peanut butter swirl, mint cookie, vegan mint cookie, vegan caramel cookies and creme, and vegan chocolate peanut butter swirl.

Owner Marlo Dilks also said that for every milkshake sold, P’unk Burger will be donating $1 to support Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania’s Girl Experience and Outreach Programming. Dilks said she recognizes how important the sense of purpose the Girl Scouts provide to young girls is and how vital other organizations like it are.

“Supporting the Girl Scouts, especially during Women’s History Month, is so important to me as a female business owner and a mother of seven amazing girls,” Dilks said in a press release. “Anything that helps girls realize their potential is worth investing in. In today’s climate, we have to do all we can to prop up and empower girls to give them the tools to break the glass ceiling and achieve their dreams.”

In addition to the shakes, P’unk Burger will be donating 100% of the quarters collected from its arcade, which features classic games such as Pac-Man and Galaga, to the Girl Scouts’ outreach program.
