A man was robbed at gunpoint in Girard Estate last week.
Two men approached the 24-year-old from behind and said, “keep walking,” as the man placed what appeared to be a gun on his back at 7:33 p.m. Feb. 12 at 19th Street and Oregon Avenue, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. The man stole the man’s wallet and cell phone from his jacket pocket before he and his accomplice fled north on South 20th Street.
The offender was described as black, 18 to 20 years old, 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10 with a beard and was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and a black wool hat.
