Police are searching for the man who slashed the tires of a woman’s auto after a dispute in Whitman store’s parking lot.

In a surveillance video posted to the Philadelphia Police Department’s website last week, an unknown man and a woman argued about a parking space at Target, 1 Mifflin St., 5:58 p.m. Jan. 22. After the woman successfully pulled in the spot, the man blocked her in and entered the store. Leaving four minutes later, he hopped in his car, drove away and walked back to the woman’s car slashing all four of her tires at 6:05 p.m.
The man was described as white, 6-foot, 300 pounds and driving a red, compact, newer-model car.
