The skies have not been skimpy with their output in the last week, with this snowman on the 2000 block of South Ninth Street proving their generosity and a resident’s creativity. The East Passyunk Crossing-situated fellow, though, has not gained complete acceptance, as the yellow traces reveal at least one confrontation with an unimpressed pet.
