Thank you, for putting so many of my recipes in the Review. My friend and I are 75. I lost my spouse 25 years ago, and he lost his 20 years ago. Being seniors on Social Security, we find the gift cards such a treat. We really enjoy going to the wonderful restaurants with the cards you send. We finally used the Mamma Maria’s one last month, and it was so enjoyable.
More people should go there for lunch. The set-price meal is well worth it. It seems that we were the only people there, but it turned out to be a wonderful, romantic lunch just being there alone. The end of July we went to another great place — Bridget Foy. When I got the gift card, I went on their site to see the menu and joined their club. So, beside the gift card I got a free birthday certificate for up to $17. We had an appetizer, split a large salad and sandwich, and he had a beer, and all he had to do was leave the tip. We told all our friends to go there. It is a very good restaurant, the portions are large and the prices reasonable.
I have a folder of all the recipes I have sent in over the years. So, thank you again for always putting them in.
