Overwhelming underwear: Michael Gargano, of 18th Street and Oregon Avenue, was the city’s top fundraising individual, with more than $5,300, for the Cupid’s Undie Run at XFINITY Live!, 1100 Pattison Ave., Saturday. The Marconi resident, his South Philly Streakers teammates, and other participants covered 1.5 miles in securing funds for The Children’s Tumor Foundation. ■
