A Passyunk Square woman was killed inside her Logan-based Laundromat in what police believe was a robbery that turned into murder.

After not returning home Aug. 11, Huan Mo’s family traveled to the 53-year-old’s laundry business on the 4700 block of North 15th Street that night, Officer Tanya Little of the Police Public Affairs Unit said. There, the resident of the 800 block of Dickinson Street was found at 11:37 p.m., lying in her office with multiple stab wounds to her upper chest and back.

Police believe the motive was robbery, but no arrests have been made as of press time.
