All-Catholic honors for 12 Saints

A dozen student-athletes from Neumann-Goretti High School received All-Catholic honors for the 2023 fall season. The Saints competed at the varsity level in the Catholic League only in football and volleyball in the fall.

In football, the Saints went 10-2 on the season, and had eight players receive First-Team All-Catholic honors for the Blue Division: Deshon Dodson (senior offensive line), Carter Bashir (sophomore wide receiver/tight end), Khamir Prescott (senior wide receiver/tight end), Terrance Page (sophomore running back), Mekhi Wharton (senior quarterback), Daniel Adafolarin (junior defensive line), Kyreese Bradley (junior linebacker) and Khari Reid (senior defensive back).

Second-Team selections were Chase Walters (sophomore offensive line), Samier Bromfield (senior offensive line) and C’andre Hooper (senior defensive back). In addition to First-Team offensive line, Dodson was recognized for Second-Team defensive line.

In volleyball, freshman Vienna Coccia received Third-Team All-Catholic honors as the Saints went 2-9 in the PCL.
